Returns

You have 14 days to return your order. If the 14 days after your purchase have passed, Optima Doopsuiker unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns:

Perishable goods such as sugar beans or sweets, soaps and personalized items cannot be returned.

Exception: incorrectly personalized items if the error was made by Optima Doopsuiker .

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, Optima Doopsuiker requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts. And this for reasons that were not caused by Optima Doopsuiker 's fault
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, Optima Doopsuiker will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item(s). Optima Doopsuiker will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then follow your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and you have not yet received your refund, you can contact Optima Doopsuiker at info@optimadoopsuiker.be.

Exchanges

Optima Doopsuiker only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send Optima Doopsuiker an email at info@optimadoopsuiker.be.

Send

To return your item, you must send it to: Loveld 26, 3212 Lubbeek

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of damage due to transport or incorrect delivery, the return costs will be paid by Optima Doopsuiker. Please contact us first so that we can provide you with the shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchange product may vary.
